Guardians of the Galaxy Casting Rumor
Game of Thrones, Stargate: Atlantis and Conan The Barbarian star Jason Momoa has, according to the goblins of the Internet, tested for the role of Drax the Destroyer in the upcoming Marvel comic-to-movie adaptation of The Guardians of the Galaxy. As The Hollywood Reporter - via Bleeding Cool - points out, though, he has not yet been offered the role.

From our Isn't It Ironic? News Department: The official SLUG Zombies website is currently offline and ''undergoing maintenance.'' As of right now we're still not sure if that means the line of undead-themed figures is still live - and the site genuinely is being updates - or dead - and that JAKKS Pacific has simply removed the content hoping nobody will notice. We're most definitely hoping it's the former but if the line is indeed cancelled, we'd much prefer JAKKS Pacific let us know rather than simply ignore it and hope it all goes away...

Star Wars Episode VII Casting Rumor
It seems there may be life in the old (space) dog yet, as - according to every single website on the Internet - Harrison Ford is set to return to the role that propelled him into the mainstream - Han Solo - for the upcoming Star Wars Episode VII. It's not clear yet whether Ford, who - in horribly sobering news - is now 70 years old, will be joined by any of the other original cast members but we'll be sure to bring you more when we have it.

Reece Shearsmith is set to join the cast of Doctor Who tribudocuhistodrama, An Adventure in Space and Time. Shearsmith, longtime collaborator with writer Mark Gatiss, will be portraying Patrick Troughton, the actor who took over the mantle of the Doctor following William Hartnell's departure. Speculation has already begun as to whether we'll see any other former Doctors appearing in the one-off special.
