News of some changes to That Figures incoming!
In an effort to provide the best possible site, possible... ever... best... a few changes have been implemented at That Figures.
For starters, I'm sure you've noticed we've had a little palette and layout make-over, with some subtle changes to the original site. I hope you like them!
Secondly, the Weekly Analysis feature has been dropped in favour of the re-instigated Popular Content banner to the right. Our readership has doubled over the last month as the site has grown and become more established and - as a result - there's a bigger turn-over of viewed content, which will now be reflected in this banner.
You may also notice the Keywords section that once sat on the right has been removed. Put simply it had become too cumbersome and bloated, so in its place is a new banner on the left displaying the Toy Lines That Figures covers. This will still allow you to quickly find any specific Review, News item or related feature, but without having to wade through a large list of keywords.
That Figures is also now using the LinkWithin widget, where stories of a similar nature are displayed at the end of each article. This may take some time ''settling in'' and you may get some odd connections being made but rest assured that this will settle-down once the widget has fully crawled the site.
Finally, our Links Section has undergone some work, now featuring sites divided by content and purpose (i.e. fan sites, blogs, retail sites, etc) - and if I missed anybody, please let me know!
