General Joe's has an excellent round-up of the latest round of Q&A from Hasbro regarding the future of the GI Joe line.
Although it's disappointing to hear the Data-Viper didn't make the final cut, it's good to hear Hasbro is working on the GI Joe: Cobra Strikes tie-in line (and has been for a while, or so it seems) but I can't help but wonder about their 30th Anniversary strategy. They've stated that the GI Joe: Cobra Strikes toys will replace the 30th Anniversary toys when the movie comes out. To me, that makes no sense. Hasbro produce The Empire Strikes Back and Revenge of the Sith toys concurrently, so why can't they support two GI Joe lines?
Anyway, you can read it all for yourself here.
