We may scoff in our age of fancy electronic cufflinks and digital trousers but back in 1961, this Jimmy Jet flight simulator was the PlayStation 3 of its day. Granted, the novelty probably wore-off pretty quickly and it probably ate through the batteries but this still looks like a pretty cool toy.
And for those who think this looks primitive, I'd just remind them that Tomy's handheld game Demon Driver/Digital Derby used an almost identical principle. And that was released in 1978.
I wonder why it was only available in food markets though?
