HISS Tank forumite and GI Joe customiser JR0d28 produced this awesome Cobra Desert Kaftar Trooper as part of an ''extreme conditions'' line of custom figures and was kind enough to allow me to share it with you today.
As he explains:
I got the idea that the Joes had Mutt and Junkyard and Law and Order. I figured the Desert set was originally going to come with a Croc Master with an AVAC head in desert colors. It was cancelled and the set ended-up with 2 desert CGs. So I figured on a desert trooper with a striped hyena, or as it's called in Middle Eastern folklore, a Kaftar.
Perhaps the coolest part is that JR0d28 also included the ''recipe'' for this custom figure:
