In the run-up to the release of Marvel's The Avengers, the House of Ideas is planning to release a line of comics and books to introduce the core team to a public who may not be so familiar with them.
To that end they've released this group shot of The Avengers, with likenesses derived from their big-screen counterparts. Whilst we've seen a few teasers and even full-body shots of the individuals, the group shot finally gives a sense of The Avengers as a team (however dysfunctional) and gives us a good look at just how they'll appear in the movie.
Marvel's The Avengers is currently in production and is set for a Summer 2012 release.
