NEWS: Prototype Boba Fett Mail-Away Figure Details


Not content with featuring numerous lines from multiple movies, TV shows and even an ''Expanded Universe'' Hasbro is now offering figures of Star Wars characters that didn't even make it to the screen (at least not in the form we're familiar with) with their Prototype Armor Boba Fett Mail-In Offer.

The full details are available over at Hasbro's site, but basically you provide UPC codes from any five Hasbro Star Wars figures, complete the downloadable form and then send it all away - along with a cheque to cover shipping and handling - before March 31st 2012 and you too could be the proud owner of this limited edition figure.


I have to admit, I do favour this approach when compared to con-exclusive figures, as at least it's open to everybody - even if a Prototype Armor Boba Fett seems a bit of a cash-in on Hasbro's part and I do question just how ''limited'' this figure's run will be...
