Fans expecting to see the previously-revealed Kwinn in the upcoming GI Joe 30th Anniversary release schedule will be disappointed to hear that Hasbro has confirmed the rumour* that the figure will be a Comic Con 2012-exclusive figure. No word yet on whether this is a San Diego or New York Con-Exclusive, but either way it's disappointing to hear that Hasbro looks to be dropping another figure from the regular release schedule.
UPDATE: Hasbro's presentation earlier this afternoon did not include any GI Joe reveals or announcements regarding future releases (including Con and Club-exclusives). However, given Kwinn's absence from the GI Joe displays on the floor and Hasbro's previously-announced intentions to shift the line to a range of movie tie-ins to coincide with the release of GI Joe 2: Retaliation, the rumour could well be true.
