The GI Joe Collectors' Club continues its roll-out of the 2011-2012 club-exclusive roster with Theodore N. Thomas - AKA TNT.
TNT is the GI Joe team's bomb disposal expert. But if you're not familiar with the character it's because - like Quarrel - he's a member of the International GI Joe line-up, in this case from South America.

The coloring and style almost gives him a Centurions look to him.
