NEWS: The Dark Knight Rises' Bane Overcomes Communications Issues

Although the six-minute prologue to The Dark Knight Rises  - as seen during IMAX screenings of Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol - wowed audiences with its breathtaking stunts and action sequences, many were left somewhat confused as to what, exactly, they'd just seen, primarily due to the fact that the movie's chief villain, Bane, delivered most of his dialogue in a manner that was utterly unintelligible.

Despite numerous audience members complaining that they couldn't follow what was going on in the prologue, Director Christopher Nolan stated he was happy with the audio and that audiences would be able to follow what was happening through action and motivation, rather than dialogue.

However, Collider now reports that the latest Dark Knight Rises prologue prints now feature a cleaned-up audio track, which cleans up much of the background noise that previously caused so many issues for viewers.

How well this works remains to be seen but we'll - hopefully - hear more as the movie approaches its release later this year.
