You may recall a little while ago we told you about the Kickstarter drive to raise the funding for upcoming indie horror flick, Ten. Now we've an update.
The brainchild of Do Not Forsake Me Oh My Darling's Michael J. Epstein and Sophia Cacciola, along their co-conspirator Sarah Wait Zaranek, Ten is ''a post-exploitation psychological thriller'' centered around the events of the 1972 Spektor Island Massacre.
Although the original goal was simply to create a ''fake trailer'' for the Brattle Theater Trailer Smackdown (which you can see below), the overwhelming audience and critical response encouraged the team to take their concept further and develop a full movie.

And now after a successful Kickstarter drive (which actually exceeded their goal), pre-production is underway, with regular updates, cast interviews and more appearing at the movie's new official website, where we'll certainly be watching developments with interest - between backward glances over our shoulder...
