The BBC announced yesterday that the Harry Potter and Game of Thrones actor - who recently appeared in the Season 7 episode, Dinosaurs on a Spaceship - is set to portray the William Hartnell, in their upcoming docu-drama An Adventure in Space and Time.
Bradley joins Brian Cox (no, the other one) as Sidney Newman and Jessica Raine as Verity Lambert, co-creators and producers of Doctor Who's earliest episodes.
Penned by longtime Who fan and writer Mark Gatiss, An Adventure in Space and Time is a factual drama recounting the creation of Doctor Who and the team behind it. The 90-minute drama is scheduled to air later this year as part of the Doctor Who 50th Anniversary celebrations.
