Thunder... Thunder... Thundercats? NOOO! It's Legends of Chima!
OK, so it would be a little unfair to say that Lego's new line, The Legends of Chima, is a rip-off of The ThunderCats. Think of it more as a ''spiritual successor'' or even ''homage'' if you must. But either way, if you miss Lion-O and friends then you could do worse than invest a little time in these new kits (and there's a cartoon, too, although in all honesty it's more, you know, for kids.)
The Lennox' Lion Attack set is a prime example of what to expect of the line: cool, beast-men themed minifigures, neat weapons and animal-inspired attack craft with fun play features. We've another kit lined up for Review very soon but without giving too much away, let's just say that we like the Legends of Chima toys. A lot. And, as this kit is next on our Chima hit list, we figured you might want to play along at home, too.
