NEWS: Constantine to Return to TV!

Proving you can't keep a good bastard down, DC's Master of the Dark Arts is set to return to TV... But, there's a ''but...''

Speaking at the Television Critics Association summer press tour, Marc Guggenheim revealed that Matt Ryan will be reprising the role of John Constantine in  an episode of The CW's Arrow.

According to Guggenheim, Sara Lance's death and resurrection - courtesy of the Lazarus Pit - doesn't go quite as planned and, in an effort to help stabilize her condition, Team Arrow turn to the one man with the knowledge to help, John Constantine.

Whilst it's only a single appearance - NBC agreed to allow a ''one time dispensation'' for Ryan to appear in the season's fifth episode - it could hopefully pave the way for more appearances from the character. And if all else fails, at least it means we get to see Matt Ryan's beat-perfect performance one last time...

Arrow is currently shooting its fourth season and is scheduled to return to our screens on October 7th.
