The first trailer for the upcoming prequel entry in the X-Men franchise, X-Men: First Class, is now online.
The movie - set for release in June 2011 - explores the early years of Charles Xavier (Professor X) and Erik Lensherr (Magneto) and chronicles the creation of their respective Mutant groups. We're also promised an array of familiar characters, including Beast, Banshee, Havok, Mystique and members of the Hellfire Club.
The trailer can be seen over at IMDB but don't get too excited yet - this teaser does just that and doesn't really give a great deal away. Hopefully we'll see more nearer the movie's release date.
Like X3, this seems rushed. And we all know how that turned out.
ReplyDeleteIt may just be the trailer is badly put-together but I didn't see anything in there that made me go, ''ooh, nice!''
ReplyDeleteI think it's because I'd hoped more for a 1st incarnation X-Men movie with the original costumes and Beast with his big feet and stuff.
Hopefully later trailers might be better.
