From The Hollywood Reporter comes the news that French actor Elodie Yung is in talks with Paramount to join the cast of GI Joe: Cobra Strikes.
According to the 'Reporter, Yung will play a member of the GI Joe team named ''Jinx.'' Unless there's some serious rewriting going on then, we can safely assume that the character is Snake Eyes' protege and former Arashikage Clan member.
GI Joe: Cobra Strikes sees the return of Channing Tatum (Duke), Byung-Hun Lee (Storm Shadow) and Ray Parks (Snake Eyes) from the original movie's cast, with the addition of Dwayne ''The Rock'' Johnson and now Elodie Yung, as Roadblock and Jinx, respectively. The movie is set for a Summer 2012 release.

ReplyDeleteI hope they learned their lessons from the first. I think they just tried to cram too much in, plus the changes to Cobra Commander were rubbish.
