Fans of the iconic 1980s toy-line-turned-animated-show He-Man and the Masters of the Universe will be pleased to hear that MTV Geek is reporting a new movie is in the works.
In an interview with Crosswalk.com, Sony Pictures' Vice President of Production DeVon Franklin let slip that work is underway on a reboot of the series. But don't get too excited just yet: the project - which has no script and no crew or cast attached to it yet - has sat on Sony's backburner for two years now. Franklin's comments do, however, at least confirm that the movie is now moving forward.
We'll bring you more when we have it.
As long as dolph lungdren has nothing to do with it.
