Hasbro's 6'' Marvel line, Marvel Legends, is set to return to shelves next year but if you can't wait that long - and you happen to be at the San Diego Comic Con this week - then you can get a sneak peek at what the line will hold with this awesome-looking Con-exclusive Thor.
The Marvel Legends line was a range of highly-articulated, incredibly-detailed 6'' figures based upon the heroes - and villains - of the Marvel Universe, which was superseded by the more pocket-friendly 3 3/4'' scale Marvel Universe range (much to the annoyance of many collectors who felt the latter an inferior line.) Hasbro's 6'' Iron Man figures were - presumably - released to test the waters and, given this announcement plus the recent reveal of a line of 6'' Captain America and Thor toys, the experiment proved a success.
No word yet on when the newly-reborn Legends line will hit retail beyond ''next year'' but until then, here's a shot of the super-cool Con-Exclusive Thor's Mjolnir-themed packaging, courtesy of Action Figure Insider.
