Fans of Doctor Who will recognise this as the Corsair's Psychic Container, as featured in Neil Gaiman's wonderful The Doctor's Wife.
Hitting later this month from Underground toys - via Big Bad Toy Store - this awesome-looking piece is a working* replica of the psychic message cube prop used in the show and features the Corsair's tattoo mark, touch-activation and three lighting modes (Color Change, White Glow and White Flicker.)
* As in it lights up, not as in you can use it to transmit your thoughts across time and space.
