You never realise how much post-production processing adds to a movie until you see the un-doctored footage.
Case in point, this fight between Batman and Bane from the upcoming The Dark Knight Rises. I'm sure on-screen it will be enhanced with some rapid-cut edits, a stirring music score and some suitably beefy thwack-pow sound effects to produce an exciting, dramatic sequence. I certainly hope so, because what we currently have is two blokes in silly costumes having a bit of a tussle. So unless that's really your bag and you'd prefer not to have your movie-going experience forever marred by the memory of this, it's probably best just to skip it...
The Dark Knight Rises hits cinemas next year.
