Ban Yihn Jheow - the creator of the collect-and-combine figures Stikfas - is working on a new project along with Transformers and Revenge of the Sith concept designer, Feng Zhu.
Dubbed Metalgraves, the core concept revolves around a post-apocalyptic world where giant dinosaur-like robots and nomadic humans struggle to survive. So it's nothing at all like the Pat Mills/Kevin O'Neill 80s series Metalzoic...
The hope is that the concept can be developed into a live action or CGI movie, with Mr Ban currently developing the line of six action figures that would be used as the basis of the movie. No date has been given as to when we can expect to see these new toys but a joint US and Asian release has been promised.
