Mission: Impossible Ghost Protocol is the fourth in the series of movies based upon the classic 1960s deception-of-the-week adventure show.
When the IMF team is implicated in the bombing of the Kremlin, the government is left with no option but to initiate the ''Ghost Protocol'' - disavowing all knowledge of the team or their operations. Wanted for a crime they didn't commit, the team must use their limited resources to find the proof that will clear their names and bring the real culprits to justice.
So nothing like the first Mission: Impossible movie then.
Mission: Impossible Ghost Protocol is in theatres from December 21st.
I'll tell you what bugs me about this trailer. Why show the secretary getting killed in the car? In the earlier trailer they purposefully misled us into believing that Ethan would fight his way out of the vehicle (with a wink from the secretary) so he could get away and clear his name. Now they just ruined the surprise for the people planning on seeing it.
ReplyDeleteOther than that, I still want to see this.
I really hated what they did with the first movie (I love the original show) so I've never bothered with the others, as they looked equally poor.
ReplyDeleteThe first movie wasn't very good. The second was worse. I liked the third okay, but at that point I no longer considered it "Mission: Impossible," instead it's just "Tom Cruise as a Secret Agent."
ReplyDeleteI've never seen any of them past the first one...
