Last night's episode of Bravo TV's Work of Art: The Next Great Artist saw The Sucklord eliminated for producing a piece of street art that didn't ''bring the toy world to the street.'' Despite being told in a previous episode to cut out the toys in his work... Nice to see some consistency from the judges there.
As disappointing as it is to see him eliminated from the show, don't think this is the end for The Sucklord. Just take a look at his previous achievements and you'll see that appearing on Work of Art wasn't even the beginning for the master bootlegger but merely another chapter in the life of an artist whose work is in constant demand and fetches very handsome prices at auction.
Anyway, in honour of his ''failure'' (his words, not mine), The Sucklord posted three images to his Flickr account of a piece created in response to his elimination, the Jerk of Art Morgan Phillips figure. No word yet on whether The Sucklord will be commercially releasing this figure or the threatened companion piece of Work of Art host China Chow but we can always hope.
''If you strike me down I shall become more powerful than you can possibly imagine.''
