The TV adaptation of DC's Green Arrow - now simply entitled ''Arrow'' - has found its star in the form of Canadian-born actor Stephen Amell.
The 31-year old actor is no stranger to The CW, having previously appeared in supporting roles in the channel's Vampire Diaries and 90210. But he's now being lined-up to play the lead in their upcoming comicbook adaptation's pilot, where he'll play both the vigilante archer Green Arrow and his by-day alter ego, billionaire playboy Oliver Queen.

Here's hoping it fares a little better than the Wonder Woman pilot...
