If you're one of those unfortunate sorts who's been unable to find a GI Joe: Renegades Storm Shadow at retail and you're not keen on spending the $50+ asking price on Ebay, then you'll be pleased to hear that the 30th Anniversary's Wave 3 - which includes the elusive Cobra Ninja - has made a reappearance at retail in a variety of outlets (including Walmart, Toys R Us and Target.)
