HISS Tank poster JediJones was fortunate enough to spot the retooled VAMP Mk II at his local Target in Pennsylvania. According to JediJones, the toy retails at $19.99 (and yes, it's in their system so you will be able to purchase it should you find one) and appears to be a one-per-case shipment along with the Cobra HISS Tank. No word yet on whether any other Wave 2 toys have made it to shelves yet, but we'll keep you posted.
