A Personal Message

I found out on Sunday that, early last week, my dad had suffered a stroke.

Although he's already making a fantastic recovery - thanks to a rapid response from the EMTs, the care of the nursing staff and his determined, very positive attitude -  he still has a long road ahead of him and it's going to be some time before he'll be able to leave the hospital, let alone get back to anything close to normality.

In light of this I'm sure you'll understand why there won't be any updates to That Figures for the foreseeable future.

    1. Thanks. My dad's a tough old bird and he's determined not to let this attack stop him. The staff say his attitude is definitely helping with his recovery, which has been pretty incredible in the short time period since it happened. Although obviously, he still has a long way to go.

  7. Thanks guys. He's now out of hospital and at home. I spoke to him earlier today and although he's tired and knows he's got a lot to deal with in the coming months he's also very upbeat and positive.
