It's something of a good news-bad news and more bad news situation for fans of Matty Collector's toy lines...
First up, the He-Man and the Masters of the Universe Classics service, Club Eternia, has hit its goal, meaning collectors will be given the opportunity to complete their MOTUC collection. Quite what we'll see in the line-up remains to be seen but Mattel will be sharing more on this at the 2014 New York Toy Fair.
Things aren't so good for fans of their DC superhero figures, though, with Club Infinite Earths failing to reach the desired goal. Matty Collector has stated that they may still offer quarterly figure releases or a 12-figure roster at a ''higher non-subscription prices.''
Mattel also failed to reach their pre-order threshold for the proposed Ghostbusters Ecto-1 vehicle and plans to release the toy have now been cancelled.
