Over the weekend I scored the new Lego Forest Ambush set (Review incoming very soon) and after building and playing with posing it, I was reminded of one of my favorite Lego sets from my childhood, the original Castle. Sadly, it's nigh-on impossible to find the original but if you're in the mood for some medieval mayhem then Lego has you covered with the new (and, dare I say it, improved) King's Castle.
Featuring 7 minifigures (complete with very cool medieval weapons and accessories), the set also includes a working drawbridge (a nice throwback to the original!), a Dragon Soldier battering ram, treasure chest, working catapults and more, all constructed from close to 1000 pieces.
