So, as you may have noticed, we missed the 2013 New York Comic Con. Again. But don't worry - here's a quick round-up of all the toy-related stuff that was on show.
Mattel had their usual assortment of DC-themed releases alongside the retro-licious (and sadly, coming to an end very soon) Masters of the Universe Classics figures. We also got our first good look at their new 4'' (i.e. GI Joe scale) DC line, set to hit retail soon.
Meanwhile, Hasbro continues to expand its movie-themed toy lines, giving us our first look at the upcoming Captain America: The Winter Soldier line alongside its newly-reinvigorated Star Wars franchise figures, the new (and I hate to be so negative, underwhelming) Kre-O Dungeons & Dragons building sets and more!

Captain Action Enterprises
Our favorite identity-changing hero was in action (ha!) at the Con, joined by the first iteration of Lady Action - courtesy of Tonner Dolls! But don't worry if this collectible figure release is a little out of your price range: CA Enterprises will also be releasing their own Lady Action further down the line...!
