NEWS: BASTARDS Series 2 Test Pull

Mega-BASTARD PeeNut gets cut down to size (2'' for those not paying attention) and is joined by new character - and presumably nemesis - PeeNut Hunter for Series 2 of the upcoming BASTARDS minifigures line from UK-based Triclops Studios - who've just welcomed new boy Stu Witter to their fold in what's possibly the longest sentence I've ever written at That Figures.

NEWS: Triclops Studios Tease PeeNut Mega BASTARD

Triclops Studios recently posted the above teaser image from their upcoming Mega BASTARD 8'' figure, PeeNut. The boys also promised a new run of 3'' figures, including the delightfully-named Cock-head, Big BASTARD and ice-SCREAM.

NEWS: BASTARDs Update

Triclops Studios' MUSCLE tribute, BASTARDs, seemed to strike a note with toy enthusiasts, if their sell-out appearance at the San Diego Comic Con is anything to go by. Now the UK-based toy producer has announced they're producing a limited resin run of the funky mini-figures. How limited? ''Until the moulds buss up!'' No word yet on when we can expect to see these BASTARDs resin run beyond ''very, very soon.''

And in related BASTARD news, we've already seen the teaser for their Mega BASTARD #1 but now he has a name and a release date. Mega BASTARD #1, PeeNut, is a 5 to 6''-tall figure cast in ''classic MUSCLE pink'' that will be released this November. Unlike the regular BASTARDs, PeeNut will be a vinyl toy.
