The Cobra Commander from the Pursuit of Cobra line was originally intended to be a mail-away exclusive and was never intended to be sold in stores. However, Hasbro - presumably due to the popularity of the Commander - changed their minds at the last minute and did indeed release the toy commercially - with some changes. Now you can enjoy the figure as originally intended, complete with HISS Tank Mini-Drone accessory, premium packaging and letter from General Hawk of the GI Joe team, thanks to Big Bad Toy Store. Just act fast, as this is one figure Joe collectors will be quick to snap-up.
