From the sublime City of Death (quite possibly the greatest classic Doctor Who story ever to feature John Cleese) comes this unmasked Scaroth figure, joined by renegade (and subsequently executed) Time Lord Morbius (from the quite possibly the greatest classic Doctor Who story ever based upon Frankenstein), The Brain of Morbius.
