The Marvel Universe line may be dead but its spirit - and a few of its notable releases - live on in this, the second wave of the Avengers Infinite line.
Featuring a few faces, both old and new, this 12-figure case includes Avengers Infinite wave 1's Wasp, Grim Reaper, Iron Man, Hyperion and Captain America teaming up with newcomers including Red She-Hulk, Whirlwind and Death's Head along with the former Marvel Universe figures of Beta Ray Bill, Steve Rogers and more to create an assembly of Avengers (and foes) like no other.
Given that Wasp was shortpacked last time (and is currently selling for about three times her original value) her inclusion alone would be enough to whet the appetite of most collectors but when you factor in the entire collection, this becomes a must-have for all fans of the Marvel line.
Cool! I never saw these the first time around so getting a chance at them again I might have to get a few.
ReplyDeleteYeah, there are a few old MU faces in there too that I think a lot of people missed out on. It's a really good figure case for those who are just new to the line.

ReplyDeleteI have a few of the figures from this wave and I've a feeling they'll be the only ones I'll see at retail. I know Wasp was short-packed in the last wave and collectors have her pegged as THE figure to grab from this line-up, but I'm hopeful I can find her somewhere!
