When I was a kid I was fascinated with robotic bounty hunter IG-88. Sure, Boba Fett was cool and had a rocket pack, but IG-88 was a weird, steam-powered (at least in my mind) homicidal Tin Man, which made him all the more awesome.
And he's never looked better than he does now, thanks to Sideshow Collectibles.
