With the new animated series starting in a couple of weeks - and the toy line hitting stores as we speak - now is as good a time as any to look back at the original Thundercats, courtesy of this commercial featuring Lion-O and Mumm-Ra.
What's particularly awesome is the intro animation, in which Lion-O waves the Sword of Omens around in a particularly camp manner whilst the rest of the Thundercats chase him with an equally fey gait.
Thundercats premieres on the Cartoon Network on July 29th.
