FEATURE: LoEB ''Shelf Expression''

Behold! The League of Extraordinary Bloggers return!

Like everybody this post-Thanksgiving week, it seems Brian at Cool and Collected is still playing catch-up. So this week's assignment for the League is a simple, pictorial one (meaning we don't have to try and write 1000 words analyzing how the technology of Star Trek could be used to make better sandwiches), with this simple instruction:

Post a photo of a shelf of items that displays your love for pop culture.

So here goes!

I'm not going to attempt a full inventory of what's on display here, but highlights include the Marvel Masterworks Galactus and Sentinel 18'' figures, a vintage Cyborg and Android from the Denys-Fisher line, a repro Henshin Cyborg, a half dozen or so LEGO Hero Factory figures, various Captain America: The First Avenger, Iron Man and Marvel Universe figures, a Myclone King Walder and half my Microman collection, including Magne Power figures/vehicles, Micro Force toys and classic repro figures. I really need some new shelves.

Oh and if you look closely at the bottom right of the photo you'll clearly see a spirit orb, which I arranged to appear to represent my love of hokey ''ghost hunting'' ''reality-based'' ''documentary'' shows.

So what about the other homes of the obsessive and geeky my fellow collectors?

    1. They're really cool. I know IKEA had withdrawn them for a while and they were out of stock but you can get them again now (or at least the last time I looked!)
